Remove stumps and remains honeysuckle hedge

Last year we cut a honeysuckle hedge as far back as possible and treated each bush to prevent them growing. It wasn’t feasible to dig the bushes out. We want the remainder of the hedge removed totally. I am not sure if it’s cut back enough yet to grind the stumps. There have been some leaves sprouting with spring growth, we are in the process of cutting this back and treating to prevent further growth. I will add some photos to the job to make it clearer
