Stump removal

I need to a stump ground out so I can pave a small area of my backyard. The stump is about 1.5 meters tall and 15 cm in diameter. My wife in the picture is holding a 30 cm ruler. The stump doesn't have to be ground out particular deep, just enough so I can chuck some pebbles or pavers down to make a spot for the wheelie bin. Ideally I'd like to get this done in the next two weeks, but it's not critical.
