Tree pruning

I have a section in town with two trees that need branches removed as they are overhanging either the fence or garage (approx 4 quite large branches). I also have two trees that need to be cut down: 1 is a medium - to large tree, and the other is a smaller tree which is against the house. I can organise to have the branches taken away myself, so removal from the premises is not necessary.
