Four large trees significantly pruned back -

We have four large trees and some smaller shrubs that we would like to be pruned back (One), cut back to ground level (two) and one topped or cut to ground level. Three are in our neighbour's property. One fairly close to his house. We have his permission to cut the trees. We would like the stuff removed as well. Its at the bottom of the house down a 60 meter ROW. Its not urgent. No removal of trunks and roots in soil.
