I found Tim a very friendly, reliable and communicated very well. The task which Tim carried out was more than I was expecting and he explained to me the steps he took and the reasons why. He was very helpful with all the questions I had. On completion of the job he tidied up and removed all the rubbish. I would recommend Tim.
