Bamboo hedge
Job description
My neighbour and I share a long bamboo hedge. I cut it back and am now left with a lot of cement type roots. One section is pushing out a retaining wall. We would like to find out what are options are regarding bringing out the roots, removing the entire hedge, replacing it with a manageable hedge or a fence.
