Remove large macrocarpa

I have a large macrocarpa tree out the front of my house. Access is good but it is close to the house and will need to be cut down in pieces rather than just pulling the whole thing over. I would like the smaller branches/leaves chipped but would like to keep the fire wood. The really big firewood pieces from the trunk need to be taken away. I have got permission from the council.
