Chop Down x2 Olive Trees

We have x2 Olive Trees that we want chopped down. They are approx 20ft tall. Please let me know what you would charge for each option: A. Chop them down and remove everything (branches/leaves and trunk) completely from the property. B. Chop them down and remove the branches/leaves, but leave the trunk/larger branches and chop them up into firewood-sized pieces. Also just a note if you can trim them as low as possible so the stumps aren't sticking out too much that would be awesome, plus please avoid doing any damage to the garage roof.
