Yukka removal.and palm fronds trimmed.

The middle yukka tree in the photos below has died and needs to be removed. Stump removal won't be necessary. It leans over the neighbours fence, so care will need to be taken, but access from both sides of the fence is easy. There is a smallish staghorn fern attached to the trunk that i'd like to keep. Adjacent to the yukkas are two queen palms that need to have six dead fronds removed.
