TLC for our old Phoenix Palm Tree

Huge Phoenix Palm requires a tidy up. It is no longer is reachable via ladder due to height, approx at least 12metres. Needs all dead fronds and one row of green fronds removed plus a tidy up around crown. All debris will need to be taken off property also. The tree has pigeons in it thinking it's their home, so any tips or tricks to evict them is greatly appreciated. Please advise quote? If removal is required, happy to look into that also.

Nate & his team did a fantastic job with giving our Phoenix Palm Tree a trim, and it now looks tidy and my parents are really happy with it. Nate was at the ready to respond when need be, answered all my questions and has given us advice for the future.
