The job was done in a timely manner and was pleasant enough via messages BUT we were left with a huge pile of mulch which he promised to come back and remove and he never did. When we finally removed the mulch we found the stump and roots hadn't been completely ground out, so had to organise a second person to assist. Sadly disappointed.
