Looking for a professional arborist to fix tree

I have had a tree which has been pruned really badly on the side. It has basically better topped on one side / the top. Wanting an arborist to come and have a look to see if there is anything that can be done to Remedy it or if it’s better to take out and start again. The right hand side is the part that was badly pruned approximately 2 years ago.
