Olive tree cut-back #2

We need our large olive tree trimmed back quite a bit - it's currently about 18 feet tall and we'd like it brought down to about 8 feet. Job to include removing all cuttings please. We'd like this work to be done before winter sets in, as the tree blocks our neighbour's winter sunlight at its current height.
