Remove two pine trees

Hi, I've got two large pine trees which I consider removing. They seem to be healthy but can potentially fall to the house, which is around 10 meters from the trees. I am looking for someone professional who can remove them with a guaranty that they don't fall on the house (probably cut top half first). Easy access. My neighbour considers removing 2-3 trees he has as well. In his case, the access is harder, and the trees are 3-4 meters from the house. We might potentially do it as one job if that makes sense financially. Thank you
