Job description
1. I have several largish Kowhai trees growing close to my house. These overhang a neighbour’s drive, as well as my own roof. In the past I have trimmed these trees each year to prevent them damaging guttering and TV aerials, but this work is not something I can continue to do and the trees are not getting smaller. My neighbour would probably be pleased to have any risk to the use of their drive removed. I will consult with them about the scope of the work planned, but the contractor will need to negotiate access etc. with them during the removal process. Due to the proximity of house and drive, these trees will need to be trimmed in stages. Only the small branches and foliage need to be taken away from the property as I can cut up and store the larger branches and trunks myself for firewood for my wood-burner. 2. As well as the tree removals I have a raised garden for which at least one of its sides needs replacing. I also have a bamboo clump that needs cutting back to as near as possible to the ground before later poisoning. The bamboo stems will need to be removed once cut.

Some communication problems initially but not serious. Very obliging and cleaned up neigbour's drive that was used to collect fallen branches very well.
