Overgrown trees need a good haircut!

THREE separate jobs: 1. The trees growing along the SOUTH boundary of our rental property in Forest Lake need a good haircut! NOT to be cut down in height (they'll just quickly grow back) - but a good pruning to *thin them out* (so as to let some light through). 2. The few trees (different ones and not so many) on the NORTH boundary we would like to be cut down by HALF (in height)(to about 3m) - to allow more sun through. 3. Lastly, we would like a separate QUOTE for the REMOVAL of a large tree at the front of the property - RHS of the entrance portal and LHS of the ginormous tree (on the boundary corner) - positive identification sought for this very large one (we thought was a pittosporum but it's WAY too large - and doesn't flower).
