olive tree stump removal- 1 metre in diametre

hi, i have a big stump needs to be taken out, it was an olive tree, i cut it to the ground level couple of years ago as it fell lots of leaves, it is dead now, about 1 meter in diameter, i have already taken the dirt away around the roots and exposed the roots, just want to know how much it will cost to take the stump out and move it away. i have extra soil can fill the big hole after. thank you.
