Tree cutting and hedge trimming

We need two hedges (approximately 10-15m long) cut back and shorter. Also a quote for the removal of 2 trees at the front of the section approximately 5 metres high, however the power lines from our house to the street run through one tree so unsure of whether the tree is able to be cut down.
