Removal of a large and much loved silver birch.

Have been periodically getting a silver birch trimmed every 2 to 3 years as it has power and phone lines running through its branches but now feel it probably is so fast growing and large i should probably get it taken down. Tricky access to property. Would suit smaller vehicles. Happy to take advice on this.
