Cabbage Tree in Walton Street

Hi 11 Walton Street, Kaikorai, Dunedin My property managers advised me the cabbage tree at the gate is in the overhead phone lines. Two photos attached, one a few days ago, the one with the Allied truck is 5 years ago. Looks like the lines have been tightened!?? It's a lovely tree I'd like to save, so looking to get it trimmed so it is no longer a threat to the lines. Keen to hear what my options are.
