Remove Three Tree Stumps

We would like help to remove three stumps from our front garden so we can plant some roses. Two stumps are cut close to the ground but the third stump possibly needs some chainsaw work before a stump grinder can be used. There is a small set of stairs to get up to the front lawn, please see photos. Would be great to hear from anyone who can help.
