Cutting down trees and taking out roots

I have been thinking about getting two trees removed from my back yard plus one very small one. They are close to the fence and I would want the tree roots taken out also so I can put some new soil down and grow a garden where the trees are taken out from. I would want you to take all the greens away apart from the tree logs as I will make this wood smaller and burn in a fire pit.
