Remove stumps and roots

Need to clear small garden of stumps and roots in preparation for planting a new hedge. Three stumps as pictured, as well as a bunch of spindly stuff down the end. Would prefer all of the roots along the length of the garden gone, so all that is left is a good foot of loose debris I can dig out. There is a wooden fence that must be worked around so please factor that in - probably best to swing by and take a look. Location is Sockburn, contact me for address.
