Tree Pruning

Property has 6 trees that need pruning and they are too tall for reaching with a 6 foot ladder. They are not big trunked trees - pittosporums - but one in particular is now as tall as the 2 story house. The first photo shows the size they used to be in the car bay next to the garage. I want these 3 trees heavily pruned back. Around the back of the house I want the tall "2 storey " tree heavily pruned also - back to approx single storey level. There are 2 other trees along the fence line that also need trmming down - as per photo inside the yard but near the green power box.
