I own a property at 85b Te Kawa Road in One Tree Hill (shows as 85 on the attached Google map view). There is a line of 3 trees on the property (on the south side of the house) that need trimming. They need trimming back to the fence line where they are overhanging into 83 Te Kawa Road. They also need trimming back from the house at 85b. Their height also needs to come down. There may be a little other tidy up work required on the property. I do not live in Auckland but will be in town on 17 - 18 May. I could meet with you at an agreed time on these days to take a look at what needs doing. Alternatively, you may be able to meet with the current tenant who has a good idea of what needs doing.
