Remove large fan palm & 8 plants

Remove large fan palm. Estimated size 8 mtrs tall and about 25cm diameter at the base. Grind the stump down. The retaining wall that the palm sits in is 47cm high. We are pulling out the retaining wall so we want the stump removed down to the actual ground level. Also completely remove 8 plants. See attached photos of the plants. They are climbers that have grown against wires on the back fence and have become too large. We need them removed (including the roots) without damaging the other plants in the garden. There is a photo of the base of one of the plants for reference and there is also a dead one shown behind the fan palm in one of the photos.
