tree for removal

I have a tree (don't know what type) with 3 trunks. Two of them seem to have died. I would like one chopped out completely and the other one cut off just above when the bird feeder is attached. From the attached photos the trunks requiring work are the centre one and the one of the right. I also have a magnolia tree that needs some of its skyward headed branches cut (this should take just a few minutes for someone who is experienced)
