Looking to have my Phoenix Palm cut down and removed . It’s about 8 to 9 m high and appropriate diameter of 500mm. Am trying to keep costs down so am open to removing debris myself if cut into manageable segments but if the rate is sharp can do whole lot. Like options as to the stump to ie can it be removed or does it need to be ground down
