Remove Karaka Tree for a puppy friendly backyard

Cut down and removal of Karaka tree from back of property. Easily accessible and virtually flat land. We have recently got a puppy so removal of all the fruits is important. Tree is approx 8-9 meters high. Also would like stump ground down as much as possible below ground level.
