Pruning large tree in Grey Lynn

Posting again, as trades who expressed interest in job never contacted to come and quote. Large tree in front yard of my house in Grey Lynn, spreading over the two neighbors. We want to keep the tree and it’s beautiful shape, but it needs some preventative maintenance - too close to my roof and the power lines.
