Advice required from an arborist

Hi, We are currently in the process of planning for a renovation. We have been told by our architect that a neighbouring tree maybe of issue to where we are planning to build. We would like to see if an arborist can give us advice in identifying the tree, if the building can proceed or if we would need to design a pile foundation to avoid tree roots plus any other alternatives.
