Washing machine flashing lights

Fisher & Paykel washsmart 7kg Washing machine, less than 2 years old. Got home and discovered lights flashing and looked like it had stopped mid cycle. Load wasn't overly heavy. Emptied washing out of machine, turned off at wall for 5mins, turned back on and still all lights flashing. Touching buttons doesn't seem to do anything. Removed inlet hoses and they don't seem to be blocked. Removed drain end of outlet hose and couldn't see a blockage, ran water through it and it seems to go back into washing machine so indicates no blockage at the machine end. Couldn't remove machine end of outlet hose.
