Free standing oven Installation

Hi, I want to replace my free standing oven. Only a small one (60 x 60 x 90) But I need an electrician to remove the old one and install the new one. Ideally someone who could also take the old one away. At the same time I'd like an electrician to look at a light I have that flickers after its been switched off Thanks
