My Samsung 8kg front loader (WF8802RSW1) started making a banging noise during a spin cycle - thought the load was unbalanced but adjusting it didn't make any difference. 9 years old but has never missed a beat. Require a site visit in first instance please to diagnose the problem and recommend options for repair or replacement. In the meantime not confident to use the machine, so would appreciate a response/visit at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
