Rangehood repair or replacement Plus oven door is loose

My range hood unit has broken at the front corners, the plastic has broken away and so the slide out part isn't held in place properly. There are only short screws with nothing left for them to hold onto to. My oven door needs to be reset to close with a good seal as it currently sits slightly loose causing heat loss.
