"Ross and Natalie were a delight and very understanding, to deal with. Initially, I thought I had successfully repaired, as the amperage reading indicated the heating circuit was enabling. Unfortunately, upon returning (which was covered under my one month Workmanship Warranty), traced an additional fault back to the control board. I suspected a failed capacitor. After disclosing my findings to Ross, we collectively agreed that full replacement required. Thank you Ross for your positive review 👍"
