Elba washing machine Top Loader - slow spin and burning smell

Our Elba (Fisher and Paykel) washing machine Top Loader has a very slow spin, (or no spin at all if the machine is full with clothes). It also has a slight burning smell on the spin cycle. We have checked the water pump, took it off, there was nothing blocking it. We'd like it fixed please. Please see photos attached. thanks :)
