Check & fix gas bottle regulator / connection to stove

I have a gas stove that runs off a small (9L I think) gas bottle. Recently the flow of gas to the hobs has reduced significantly - so much so that it is difficult to get them to light and they are not really able to generate much heat. The gas bottle still has plenty of gas in it, so I think it might be a problem with the regulator or tubing connecting it to the stove. I need someone who knows what they’re doing to take a look and potentially fix / replace it.
