Install rangehood, flooring baseboards

This is a 1 bedroom 40m2 unit. Address is 51 Adams Terrace, Kelburn, Wellington, 6021. 1. Install rangehood in kitchen. Ducting from ceiling to outside of the apartment (through the roof) was completed while new roof was installed about 2 years ago. I will buy the rangehood with my Airpoint credit: --- --- . You provide any additional ducting or parts. 2. Install standard white baseboard (match the baseboard in last photo) on a wood floor in two rooms along on wall and about 20cm around three corners. Length one of the wall is about 2.5m, the other one is about 2.8m. You provide all material for the baseboard installation. Time frame: any date except 23 & 24-April, and before 1-June.
