Faulty AEG Wall Oven

Our wall oven is recently out of warranty and is playing up - it will heat up to it's recommended temperature and then it will switch off and won't come back on until the temp has dropped to around 100 celcius - the light now also goes off when this happens, it's like it just turns itself off. Can some one PLEASE come and fix it asap as it's used daily. Thank you
