Bosch dishwasher won't drain. E25 message. Impeller clear, so prob pump/hose?

Our Bosch dishwasher is showing error message E25 and won't drain. Impeller is clear, so something must be blocked or broken in pump unit or drainage hose. (Or could just be stuck float, but suspect not as pump doesn't sound right.) We don't have the tools to open it up and take a look so need your expert help - hopefully a quick fix. Can do contactless & have sanitiser available... Thanks!
