Mitsubishi Fridge Freezer Repair

I have a Mitsubishi Fridge (MR-CU375t) which we keep in the garage, which hasn't been working for some time. I have looked at the service manual which has the self-check process. After depressing the "Ice Make Off" button for 5 seconds, the 19 blinking red light error code appears. According to the service manual: The refrigerant circuit is NG, The detecting method and corrective NG points are; 1. Pipe cracked (Welding joint) 2. Gas leak 3. Compressor NG I am unsure if this can be repaired. Looking for advice and repair!
