F & P Fridge/freezer repair

The freezer of the fridge freezer isn't working. The seal no longer seals and the ice builds up at the back, and the freezer keeps beeping the error. Hoping a new/replacement seal will fix the problem? F & P Product # 12005. Model E402B Serial --- B Series C. ASAP please as the freezer has been defrosting and we didn't realise. We need to keep using the fridge part in the meantime so towels everywhere! Thanks very much
