Soap dispenser doesn't pop open

Hi there, I've noticed with the last few cycles that the dishes come out relatively dirty and the soap dispenser is closed whereas it was always open when the cycle ended. Unfortunately I don't have the make and model of the machine as it wore off, but I enclosed photos of it. It's a drawer unit of the 'Q' series by Fisher and Paykel. Please enclose quotes in your message. I'm expecting this to be an easy fix.
