Job description
I bought an LG intellowasher front loader 2nd hand and it has just died with a load of nappies in it! Can someone help urgently as I have a small baby so can't go without a machine.

Bruce was very good. He contacted me straight away and tried to help me to fix my washing machine over the phone first. When we were unable to he came out the very next day and had my machine going within the hour. Very pleased and highly recommend.

"Established that as machine was tripping the circuit breaker a dead short to earth likely cause. Carried out visual and electrical tests, which although within specifications did not confirm the source. However, whilst checking the board connections found a couple that had vibrated loose. Resecured. Returned to test through cycles and tested ok. Advised to monitor and if problem recurs happy to return to investigate further.
