Fix my dishwasher!

My Bosch dishwasher (model info is in the pic) has been showing an E15 code. I've had the service agent come out to look at it and the sump assembly replaced, but it is still not draining properly so the E15 code is happening again. The Bosch service agent has been out twice now and still it is not fixed. So please fix my dishwasher!
