Fisher and Paykel Error code E1 #2

Hi, My tenants dishwasher stopped mid cycle and an error of E1 showed up on the display. Since then, the only button that works is the power button, so the dishwasher is unusable. I need someone to clear the error code and get it working again. Also, there is a fan cover in the oven that needs screwing down which can be done at the same time please. Thank you, Justin
