Fridge Freezer fix

Our LG Fridge/freezer is not getting cold. It is approx 5 years old. Single door fridge on top. Single door freezer on bottom. We moved last Saturday and the fridge was on its side for a while. It has been sitting upright for a week since and is still not cold. The fan in the back is working and some air is blowing into the fridge and freezer from the vents in the back.
