Parmco range hood 3 years old went off with a bang. The fan or light will not turn on. Looking for repair this week or early next week.

2 tradesmen turned up, established replacement board was required. Job completed under warranty by another company. $86 call out fee was steep in my opinion

"40km round trip from Christchurch to Rangiora where a minimum 1hr (for 1 tradesman) was charged for $86 including Gst, then we have paid Builderscrack a commission on this, we determined the issue was a warranty based repair and the customer should not bear the cost of the replacement board and thus advised her to chase the under warranty repair."
