Oven fix - possibly replacement

We have a large Parmco oven. It was fixed twice within warranty - something about a faulty design with the switch mechanisms overheating. Now is heating but only to comfortable room temperature - you can put your hand in the oven and leave it... suspect it may not be appropriately repairable but need it looked at. If not repairable would like someone who is prepared to supply and fit a replacement (not PARMCO)!!!
